Huh?
It was a family saying: “Huh?”
Or at least Sue thought so.
She, an amateur woodcarver, carved a plaque even, a plaque that simply said, “Huh?”
Huh.

When I start my blog (Steve is all for it now, too), I’m going to do this one, but quite a different take, because I don’t think I say that much. I always say, “What?!”
Anyway, it’s funny you mentioned the amateur woodcarver bit. I’m in Missouri (a mere 3 or 4 miles from her…..EEEEEK!!), and one of her grand carvings is on the dresser in my bedroom. It has been removed from the wall. I’m wondering what should be done with it!
Those things weren’t free-handed were they? I’m just having a hard time believing they were. Maybe so.

No, I don’t think any of her carvings were freehand.
Because I’m not home and because this isn’t my computer and because it’s too much trouble to go back to e-mail (though it’s probably not and I just don’t know how to open a new window), I’ll tell you it’s an Indian—OOPS!!!—Native American head.
“HUH?” wasn’t freehand? I don’t remember seeing that, but how hard could that have been?
You should HEAR the frogs singing! Actually Jennifer should. You probably have frogs that sing where you live.

We have no frogs near this house, but I remember the bullfrogs growing up. Glad that your kids get to hear them.
